Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within the advertising sector
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and creative concepts to clients.
- Identify prospects and covert into clientele
- Go getter and self starter attitude.
- Collaborate closely with creative and delivery teams account management teams to pitch compelling solutions to prospects and likely customers
- Track and analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to optimize business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the advertising ,marketing, communication/media strong understanding of brand’s Marketing Principal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
