Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that is engaging, visually compelling, and aligned with our brand and messaging. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, motion, pacing, and detail, with a solid grasp of editing software and current video trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website, ads)
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and visual effects as needed
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to understand project goals
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and target audience expectations
• Organize and archive footage and project files efficiently
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and editing techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role (portfolio required)
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar tools is a plus)
• Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and pacing
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and creative flair

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience editing short-form content for social media
• Familiarity with color grading and sound mixing
• Basic knowledge of photography, scripting, or directing is a plus
